a. You, when you provide that personal information to us, whether in person, phone, hard copy or electronic communications,
b. Third party individuals or organisations, where you have given us your permission,

d. Other sources where you have authorised us to do so.

3. Use and Disclosure

5.2 We will hold your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or for so long as we required by law to retain it.
5.3 We may retain your curriculum vitae and other application documents on file beyond your initial application for future roles, should you wish for these documents to be deleted, please contact us at the details below.

6.1 We may use personal information for sending you information on the market or available opportunities in your sector, publications and invitations to events
6.2 Where we communicate with you to market our services or for other marketing purposes, we will comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. This means that we will provide you with instructions for unsubscribing from such messages if you choose.
